The apartment can easily accommodate up to 3 people. That makes it the ideal choice for a comfortable family holiday in Rome.
Large and comfortable the apartment has a living room with a dining table, a sofa bed and kitchenette; a double bedroom (with a 200x160cm bed) and bathroom with shower unit.
At the entrance of the apartment a corridor connects to the elegant bedroom. The bathroom and living room are decorated in warm tone. This is elegant, functional practical accommodation in Via dei Leutari is an excellent starting point for a holiday amongst the monuments, places and museums of ancient Rome.

Price does not include: final cleaning, phone calls, internet WIFI usage, airport transfer, excursions, extra towels. Cost of phone calls is calculated separately and payment must be made in cash before departure.
- Check-in from 2pm on the day of arrival.
- Check-out by 11am on the day of departure.
- For arrivals after 7pm, a surcharge of € 30,00 will be added to the final bill and must be paid cash.
- No arrivals before 8.30am or after 9pm are accepted.
Limousine service to / from Fiumicino and Ciampino Airport can be booked directly by guests of Palazzo Olivia at special discounted rates. Payment to be made cash to the driver:
- Car up to 3 passengers with luggage: € 50,00 one way
- Van up to 5 passengers with luggage: € 65,00 one way
- Minibus up to 8 passengers with luggage: € 80,00 one way
30% non refundable deposit to be paid upon reservation by Paypal or bank wire. Balance of your stay at Palazzo Olivia to be paid on arrival in cash (only EUROS accepted), or by Visa or MasterCard.
