Palazzo Olivia offers two apartments on each floor. Each one has the name of a character from “The Barber of Seville”, the famous opera written by Gioachino Rossini in 1816: Figaro, Rosina, Bartolo, Basilio, Il Conte d'Almaviva, Fiorello, Berta and Il Barbiere, a new rome accomodation on the piano nobile, which will be available for future use.

The Basilio apartment: bedroom, living room, kitchenette and bathroom.
Situated on the third floor of Palazzo Olivia, the "Basilio" apartment can sleep up to 4 people. It has a living room with a dining table, double sofa bed and kitchenette; a double bedroom (with a 200x160cm bed) and bathroom with shower unit. On entering the apartment a corridor leads to the elegant bedroom, bathroom and living room, which are furnished with warm tones and illuminated by large windows with a view of Via dei Leutari. This is elegant, practical, comfortable accommodation that is an excellent starting point for a holiday amidst the monuments, palaces and museums of ancient Rome. The Bartolo apartment: 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchenette.
Situated on the third floor of Palazzo Olivia, the "Bartolo" apartment can sleep up to 4 people. It has a living room with an extendable dining table and double sofa bed (200x160 cm); a double bedroom (with a 200x160cm bed) with a private bathroom and large shower unit (120x80cm). There is a second double bedroom (with a 200x140 bed), a kitchenette and a second bathroom with a shower unit (120 x 80 cm). The bedrooms overlook peaceful inner courtyards. The furnishings are sober and delicate. There are ceilings with wood beams in every room and the drapery blends perfectly with the furnishings and makes the apartment the ideal place to relax after long walks through the streets of Rome. A corridor-entrance connects all the rooms in this comfortable, spacious accommodation.
