Though our apartments are privately owned, we do have our office on site where you can ask for directions, support, information on events or book your guided tours. We offer luggage storage. You can get help to call a taxi or book a restaurant, send or receive a fax, get a doctor, find out where to buy a particular item.

On arrival you find a booklet on the table of your living room with all information you need to settle in and two cards with our mobile numbers in case of any difficulties. Basically you can be an independent traveller without feeling lost in a foreign unknown city.

All our apartments are in the same building, Palazzo Olivia. They are designed for holiday makers, nobody lives there. Your next door neighbour is a holiday maker like you. This gives you a sense of relax cause everybody around you is enjoying his time, slowing down. And because the apartments furnishing is neutral, everybody feels comfortable. No surprise our regular guests say this is their home in Rome.
