Palazzo Olivia Rome Apartments Rental. Booking Terms and Conditions.
The following is a list of the terms and conditions for booking and using Palazzo Olivia apartments.
- Booking: A booking form is sent by Palazzo Olivia to the client to confirm availability. The client shall fill it in and send it back by e-mail or by fax within 48 hours. If Palazzo Olivia does not receive the filled booking form the option will be cancelled.
The client should then confirm his booking by paying the amount of 30% of the rental fee as a non refundable deposit by Pay pal system, or bank wire. All payments made by bank wires must be received net of bank charges. In case bank charges are deducted from deposit, Palazzo Olivia will add such charges to client's balance.
Payment of deposit to be made within 2 working days.
If reservation is made 4 months or more in advance, 30% deposit is due upon reservation and balance to be paid within 60 days prior arrival.
Reservation is confirmed only on receipt of payment. Balance must be paid on arrival. Palazzo Olivia reserves the right to refuse a booking at its own discretion. - Cancellation Policy: If cancellation takes place:
- Up to 30 days prior to arrival, only 30% deposit is due;
- Less than 30 days prior arrival total rental fee is due.
- Security Deposit: Though a security deposit is not required on arrival by Palazzo Olivia, any breakage or damage to the apartments or their furniture and equipment or damage to the building caused by the client during the rental period, has to be paid for.
The clients shall follow instructions given at check in. - Arrival and Departure Times: Palazzo Olivia does not provide a 24 hours reception. In order to arrange check in the client shall inform Palazzo Olivia of his arrival time.
- Check-in should take place from 2pm on the day of arrival.
- Check-out should take place from 11am on the day of departure.
- For arrivals after 7pm, a surcharge of euro 30,00 will be added to the final bill.
- Arrivals cannot take place before 8.30am or after 9pm.
- Access: The management shall be allowed to access the leased apartment at any reasonable time during rental period for inspection and maintenance purposes.
- Number of People: The number of persons using the leased apartment must not exceed the maximum stated in the relevant apartment description.
- Pets are not permitted in the leased apartment.
- Sub leasing of the leased apartment is not allowed.
- Safe Deposit Box: All apartments have safe deposit boxes. Palazzo Olivia cannot be held responsible for the loss of cash, documents or valuable objects left in apartments.
- Extras: All extras costs (telephone, fax service, airport transfers, guided tours, late check in fee) to be paid by the client cash before departure. Additional cleaning service may be arranged and paid separately, provided such request is made in advance as early as possible.
Airport transfer cost to be paid by client cash to the driver. - Cleaning and Behaviour: The person signing the booking form is responsible for the correct and decent behaviour of all the guests who shall use the apartment. Should any guest behave in an unacceptable manner according to civilised standards, Palazzo Olivia may request the client to vacate the leased apartment immediately.
