2010 Daily rates - Rent apartments in Rome

Prices shown are per night per apartment according to number of guests. 4 nights minimum stay. Apartment rental fee does not include final cleaning and any other extras (see note below).

IMPORTANT!

Due to very heavy security filters in use by some USA e-mail service providers, we occasionally fail to reach our customers via e-mail. We do reply to all e-mail messages. If you do not receive our reply within 48 hours, please check your rejected mail folder, or let us know. If possible, send us an alternative e-mail address or a phone number. We do apologise for the inconvenience, but it is something depending on specific service providers and beyond our control.

Terms and conditions

10% to be added to regular rates for Easter, Christmas and New Year Season bookings.

Price includes: air conditioning, rent, service, taxes, bed linen, towels and utilities.

Price does not include: final cleaning, phone calls, internet WIFI usage, airport transfer, excursions, extra towels. Cost of phone calls is calculated separately and payment must be made in cash before departure.

  • Check-in from 2pm on the day of arrival.
  • Check-out by 11am on the day of departure.
  • For arrivals after 7pm, a surcharge of € 30,00 will be added to the final bill and must be paid cash.
  • No arrivals before 8.30am or after 9pm are accepted.

Limousine service to / from Fiumicino and Ciampino Airport can be booked directly by guests of Palazzo Olivia at special discounted rates. Payment to be made cash to the driver:

  • Car up to 3 passengers with luggage: € 50,00 one way
  • Van up to 5 passengers with luggage: € 65,00 one way
  • Minibus up to 8 passengers with luggage: € 80,00 one way

30% non refundable deposit to be paid upon reservation by Paypal or bank wire. Balance of your stay at Palazzo Olivia to be paid on arrival in cash (only EUROS accepted), or by Visa or MasterCard.
