If you are looking for rental apartments in Rome, 2011 rates will be available from September 2010. Prices shown are per night per apartment according to number of guests. Apartment rental fee does not include final cleaning and any other extras (see note below).

Price does not include: final cleaning, phone calls, airport transfer, excursions, extra towels. Cost of phone calls is calculated separately and payment must be made in cash before departure.

- Check-in from 19:00 till 21:00. Upon notice prior to arrival, at a cost of €. 30,00.
- Check-in from 21:00 till 23:00. Upon notice prior to arrival, at a cost of €. 50,00.
- Check-out by 11am on the day of departure.
Limousine service to / from Fiumicino and Ciampino Airport can be booked directly by guests of Palazzo Olivia at special discounted rates. Payment to be made cash to the driver:
- between 2 to 4 persons €. 65,00 one way to or from Ciampino or Fiumicino airport
- between 5 to 8 persons €. 85,00 one way to or from Ciampino or Fiumicino airport
* Between the hours 00:00 - 05:30 €. 20,00 Night fee will be applied.
