Hi, The only accommodation to NOT have an exterior view or windows is the STANDARD DOUBLE.
Is there cleaning in the apartments? Or is there an extra charge?
Yes, cleaning is provided every 2 days with change of linens and towels.
We are arriving after 19:00 and we saw that reception is open from 14:00 until 19:00 what can we do?
The reception is open between 14:00 to 19:00. For late arrivals past 19:00 (Tuesday until Sunday) you can come through the restaurant that is located in the same building but with a separate entrance on a parallel street ( Vicolo della cancelleria 13). This service is available until 23.30 and is FREE.
This service is always free. The next day bring passports for registration to the reception and pay for Rome Tourist tax and any other remaining balances.
During the hours that the reception is closed the breakfast staff is at your service from 07:30 am.
If your arrival is past 19:00 on a Monday ( day that the restaurant is closed) please send an e mail with a LATE CHECK In request. We will have staff on call at the reception waiting for you free of charge.
Hi, We arrive in the morning can we drop off our luggage?
Yes, please send an e mail and advise us of arrival time in Rome ( train station or airport). Upon arrival the staff on hold will be advised and you can drop off the luggage and come back during reception hours.
Hi, we leave early in the morning how do we do check out?
The morning of your departure we only ask to remember to leave the KEYS! If you leave before any of the staff members arrive ( 07:30am) then leave the keys on the table inside your accommodation and shut the door behind you.

Palazzo Olivia is in the historical centre of Rome and it is a limited traffic area. The traffic is controlled by ZTL ( camera’s). If you do come in this area by car you will get a fine!

Yes, please make a prior request and we will allow you to leave the bikes in deposit in our internal courtyard.

During reception hours you can ask to print out vouchers or documents that you need and you can also ask to use the computer.
Hi, until what age does a child stay free?
Children stay free up until 3 years of age sleeping in the same bed as the parents.
